I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) and family nurse practitioner (FNP), and I take a whole-person approach to mental health. Many people don’t experience symptoms in isolation—stress affects sleep, mood affects motivation, chronic pain or medical conditions can worsen anxiety or depression and strain even our strongest coping skills. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered with a treatment plan that fits your life—not a one-size-fits-all model.
I work collaboratively with clients and prioritize trust, clarity, and consistency. In our first session, I take time to learn your history, what you’ve tried, what’s been working, and what you’d like to change. From there, I focus on practical next steps, whether that means medication management or coping skills.
If you’re seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, mood instability, attention concerns, or difficulties navigating stress and relationships, you’re not alone.
