Kenneth C. Frontman, Ph.D., PC's Groups

Transitions: Interpersonal Psychotherapy Group

A group based on working along with others to discover alternatives to maladaptive ways of managing stress, resolving conflicts, communication. We work to become aware and then discover how to 'un-do' triggers that lead to undo stress and anxiety, promoting awareness in the present to manage life situations and transitions. Our group works to illuminate the ways to directly address issues as they emerge and avoid coping patterns that lead to sabotaging goals.

Professional Connections

I highly recommend Dr. Frontman as a colleague and as a therapist. Ken puts into action what the research shows makes someone a “master” in their field – constant drive towards growth combined with openness to feedback. If you want someone who will work hard towards your goals and overall wellness as well as someone who will be receptive to your input, then you want to work with Ken. I think his website demonstrates his intelligent and scientifically based approach to therapy. What I hope my endorsement can add is that as a person, he is who you want. Ken demonstrates many important aspects of character: trustworthy, nonjudgmental, adaptable, humble, energetic, determined, patient, respectful.

Ken is a warm, caring person who is gifted in his craft. He is accepting and nonjudgmental, and he has years of experience to draw from. I would recommend Ken without hesitation to anyone.
