I am passionate about working with teenagers, college students, and young adults struggling with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, separation/transition to college, grief and loss, boundary setting, body image, and difficult life transitions. As an athlete, I know the transition to college and not playing a sport can be very challenging. I can help clients as they navigate this difficult reality and support them as they discover their identity outside of sports. My goal is to provide an authentic and welcoming environment where my clients feel safe, supported, and heard throughout their therapeutic journey.
