As a Black, Queer, Neurodivergent, Gender-Curious human, I know that a person can hold many identities, some more front-facing than others. I believe it is important to have a space where we get to explore all parts of ourselves as we navigate domains like work and school, social spheres, home and family life and especially the place(s) we get to feel or begin to discover the freest version of ourselves. I use a relational approach in my practice and I am trained in EMDR Therapy. I also incorporate Mindfulness, CBT and Psychodynamic modalities into my work. I aim to co-create trust and I work to build a non-judgmental and accepting environment in which to process and unpack life's challenges.
