There’s nothing more meaningful to me than creating a welcoming, open place for clients to explore the complexities of their experiences.

I believe that it can be transformational for people to have a space where they are respected and appreciated for being their authentic self. I operate primarily from person-centered and narrative therapy approaches, while remaining strength-based and solution-focused.

My background as a school counselor offers a systems lens to my counseling which helps identify barriers within larger contexts and understands the multifaceted ways that situations impact our lives. I believe that my clients are the authors of their own stories and the experts of their experiences.
