I help parents and kids handle today’s realities: screen-time battles, school stress, big feelings, sensory overload, and the mental load that never seems to end. I’m especially tuned in to neurodivergent families (ADHD, autism, AuDHD), where executive function, transitions, and routines can feel like a full-time job. My goal is simple: practical support that fits your life.
With parents, we’ll work to reduce guilt and overwhelm, trade perfectionism for workable systems, and build routines that match your brain and your family.
With kids, I use play therapy to process big feelings, build flexibility, and grow coping skills. Sessions are child-led and safety-focused. I loop parents in so progress in the playroom translates to home and school.
