Welcome! My name is Kennedi Ruhlman, LMSW, PMH-C. I’m glad you are here, the first step of reaching can be the hardest to take. What I have learned from my experience in the mental health field is that we may be able to walk alone in our struggles, but having someone alongside us is empowering. I strive to walk alongside those that I work with, while giving you full credit in knowing that you were able to reach your full potential. Everyone’s experiences are extremely unique, and I value staying open minded and accepting to each individual I encounter.
I have years of experience working with depression and anxiety within individuals. I have a passion for working with women's issues & perinatal and postpartum health, in which I have received an international certification for. I utilize CBT, Mindfulness based therapy, and more when working with clients and families. I also provide supervision for LLMSW's.
