I've completed my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and have professional experience working in ministry. I take a holistic approach to counseling - including mind, body, soul and relationships. I believe that therapy should help you process the hard things, but also equip you with strategies to help cultivate resiliency and break cycles in your life. We can all feel a little stuck at times. However, by working through the past, dealing with current stressors/physical symptoms, and making goals for the future, we can strive to become the healthiest and best versions of ourselves.

My heart is to come alongside teens, young adults, women, moms and families. Further, my professional training includes helping others navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, spiritual struggles, grief, relationship/attachment issues, transitional seasons and self-esteem concerns.
