Working with adolescents and adults has allowed me to guide individuals through all aspects of life. I enjoy taking a creative approach with clients and incorporating art in our work. Building a comfortable and supportive environment I find is key to establishing rapport.

Once we identify the changes you would like to make and the skills you would like to strengthen we use an evidence based approach.
