I help clients learn to feel more comfortable with their emotions, experiment with different ways of relating to their thoughts and feelings, cultivate resilience, and develop the self-trust and self-compassion.
After a session with me, my clients can expect to feel heard, supported, educated, and empowered. As I listen to every concern, I may ask questions to encourage you to think more about your thoughts or your situation. My goal is to help facilitate insight because this can lead to growth.
