I specialize in emotional regulation including managing and improving symptoms of depression, anxiety and anger. I also have a specialization in trauma addressed through the use of accelerated resolution therapy. I work with those wanting to improve low self-esteem, co-dependency and I assist with developing skills to build healthy lasting relationships.
