I have specialized training in perinatal/postpartum concerns, sexual concerns, sexual trauma, those exploring their gender and sexual identities, those experiencing concerns with attachment, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I focus heavily on understanding the role of your autonomic nervous system, and I am certified trauma sensitive yoga facilitator.
