I support adults through pregnancy, postpartum, and the many changes that come with growing a family. Together, we focus on making sense of big emotions, easing overwhelm, rebuilding confidence, and feeling more connected to yourself and the people you love. My style is warm, steady, and practical, offering support that helps.
As both a clinician and a parent of a former NICU baby, I understand the mix of vulnerability and strength this journey brings.
