I work with adults healing from relational trauma, betrayal, and attachment wounds who want depth-oriented therapy that integrates talk and creative expression. Many clients come to therapy after experiences of emotional abuse, betrayal, or long-term relational harm and are working to reclaim self-trust and agency. Many of the clients I work with feel anxious, numb, or disconnected from themselves, struggle with self-trust, and often put others’ needs before their own. You may be seeking more than symptom relief and want to understand your story, feel safer in your body, and reconnect with a steadier sense of self.
I specialize in working with adults healing from trauma and relational or attachment wounds. My approach is collaborative, grounding, and paced to help you explore difficult experiences without becoming overwhelmed. I integrate attachment-based counseling, narrative therapy, and art therapy to support emotional insight, regulation, and self-compassion.
If you’re looking for a therapist who values depth, gentleness, and meaningful change, you’re not alone. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, and I aim to make the process feel supportive and respectful. I welcome you to take the next step when you’re ready.

I work with adults navigating trauma, relational wounds, anxiety, and patterns shaped by emotionally painful relationships. Treatment often involves exploring attachment patterns, building emotional regulation, and processing experiences through both conversation and creative expression. Over time, clients often experience greater self-trust, clarity, and a steadier sense of self.
