I am a psychotherapist who works with adults in Virginia, South Carolina and Tennessee through virtual therapy. Overall, I will always prioritize my clients as long as they are willing to show up on time and do the work.

I specialize in solution-focused therapy to help clients identify maladaptive behaviors and develop strengths that improve their overall quality of life and relationships.
