I am a psychotherapist who works with adults in Virginia, South Carolina and Tennessee through virtual therapy. My focus is meeting clients where they are and allowing them to set their own goals, but I can only take our time in therapy and creating lasting change as seriously as my clients are willing to. We work together to set timely and achievable benchmarks and regularly review the treatment plan to track progress towards termination as a way to make sure we spend out time together efficiently. Overall, I will always prioritize my clients as long as they are willing to show up on time and do the work.
I use an individual, client-centered approach to help adults better cope with feelings of hopelessness, chronic stress and anxiety, relational conflict, and low self-esteem. I specialize in solution-focused therapy to help clients identify maladaptive behaviors and develop strengths that improve their overall quality of life and relationships.
