I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist, specially trained in working with couples & individual women ages 18-50. Some areas I specialize in are: couples work (masculine and feminine polarity, conflict skills, deepening understanding), sex therapy, parenting, phase of life anxiety, dating, becoming truly authentic & aligned, building self-compassion, Brainspotting, and healing black & white, shame-based distortions caused by religious trauma (without encouraging abandoning beliefs). My biggest philosophy is BALANCE- and learning to find “the sweet spot” in tricky, polarizing concepts. I see balance as the “key” to remedying SO much.

My style is unlike any other therapist you may know! I like to keep my work ‘real’ & informal. I tell it like it is, & am all about empowering my clients to understand themselves & change their patterns. I use a lot of humor & instruction in sessions! My happy clients see profound, desired changes in their relationships & lives. I am SO proud- it’s an honor.

I'm trained in Brainspotting- a brain and body based therapy using neuroscience. BSP is similar to EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. Brainspotting can be used to neutralize triggers, phobias, fears and trauma trapped in your body. It will blow your mind! You have to try it and see for yourself.
