I enjoy walking alongside young adults and women of all ages to address concerns related to social anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief, anxiety, stress, trauma, self-esteem, and faith questioning. I'm passionate about working interculturally and enjoy learning from clients of diverse backgrounds. I hold a Trauma Across the Lifespan certificate.
If you are looking for someone who can balance validating your experiences and struggles while also providing feedback and encouraging growth, we might be a good fit.
