I have over 23 years of experience working with individuals and couples in the counseling profession. I offer 50-minute sessions, 90-minute sessions, half day and full day Intensive sessions for those who wish to dive deeper into the healing work.
I specialize in helping those who are struggling with relationship issues, marriage and couples counseling, parenting, anxiety, and trauma. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities; including evidenced based traditional office therapies, CBT, EMDR, TBRI, the essence of the outdoors & nature, and Equine Assisted Therapy (partnering with horses).
Therapy is deeply personal and finding someone you connect with is important.
