I whole-heartedly believe healing is possible for all people. Parts of the work in counseling will focus on practical solutions while other parts will focus on the root issues. I realize there isn’t a one-sized-fits-all formula for change, I spend time listening and understanding your perspective to tailor my approach based on your needs and desires.
