This group is focused on recovery from addictions and mood and anxiety disorders. This group is for professional that may not feel safe or comfortable in other settings. Members are encouraged to seek support and assistance from their peers in a safe setting. The group method would include process, experiential, and solution focused. Recovery from alcohol, substances, gambling, sex, and any other form of addiction.

Adolescent DBT Group
Typical ages 12-19 depending on maturity. Focus is on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal relationships, mindfulness. Focus is on activities that help build trust and healing, Ex, burn sessions, painting, Jenga and other tasks to promote self- awareness and self-acceptance. This is a group that historically struggles with self-harm, suicidal ideation, trauma, and grief. We work to find recovery and healing together and find effective ways to cope with life's stressors, challenges, and changes. This is a safe place for all.
