I combine my two licenses (Licensed counselor and Registered Nurse) to offer a multitude of emotional and physical wellness tools. Through modalities of cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR, I help my clients reach their goals with proven tools and genuine compassion and connection. With my medical knowledge and sleep-wellness training, I offer personalized coaching to attain best quality sleep without the need for problematic sleep aides. Healthy sleep is imperative for a healthy mind and body, and anyone can develop an optimal sleep quality with the right training and habits!
