I am a counselor in training, currently pursuing my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. Under the direct supervision of a licensed mental health clinician, I work with adults on a sliding scale basis, navigating stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, and other mental health challenges.
My approach is integrative and always tailored to the individual. I draw from client-centered, strengths-based, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and existential methods. In therapy, I create a supportive and judgment-free environment where you can feel safe to explore your experiences, build resilience, and uncover your strengths.
