About
You might feel overwhelmed by demands and difficult emotions. Perhaps you frequently worry or have little motivation to participate fully in life. Maybe you struggle with body image and maintaining a healthy relationship with food. It takes strength and courage to ask for help and sometimes the hardest thing is taking the first step in seeking support. Therapy can help you overcome these difficulties by working through painful emotions and experiences, developing coping skills, and building a fulfilling and meaningful life.
My approach to therapy is warm and inviting. I collaborate with clients on setting goals and developing the best treatment plan for each individual's unique experiences and needs. I use evidence-based treatments and my areas of specialty include mood, anxiety, and eating disorders.
In addition to therapy, I also provide psychological testing. Common examples of testing referrals include ADHD evaluations, bariatric surgery evaluations, and diagnosis clarification. I provide comprehensive reports for academic accommodations and coordination of healthcare. Please contact me or visit my website for more information on therapy or testing.
