Practicing from a trauma-informed lens, I excel at creating a validating, non-judgmental environment for my clients. My strength lies in equipping you with practical coping tools, as well as seeking to resolve the underlying fuel that contributes to current day problems, in order to create lasting change. I work exclusively with individual adult clients.
