Hi, I’m Kendra. I’m a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) who provides therapy for adults navigating life’s challenges. My approach combines warmth and compassion with a direct, growth-oriented style. I believe therapy should be both supportive and active—we’ll validate your experiences and work together on practical skills to help you move forward. I specialize in perinatal mental health, infertility, parenting struggles, OCD, and major life transitions, as well as supporting clients in faith shifts or strengthening their spirituality.
My therapeutic style is active and collaborative: while validation is important, I also help clients challenge old patterns and create meaningful change. My practice is rooted in feminist values, anti-racism, and inclusivity. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, body-liberating, and sex-positive, welcoming clients from all backgrounds and experiences.
Outside of therapy, I love celebrating the four seasons—kayaking in summer, making snow angels in winter, and spending time outdoors. Originally from Alaska, I now enjoy exploring Utah with my husband, our four kids, and our dog. I see clients in Salt Lake City and via telehealth across Utah, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
