Prioritizing your health, both physical and mental, is a sign of strength. I have spent the majority of my career working with survivors of various traumas and felt honored to observe the dedication of my clients to live the fulfilling and healthy life they deserve. Traumas can manifest in unexpected ways: relationship difficulties, depression/anxiety, academic/workplace obstacles, low self-esteem, etc.. I can support you in identifying these trends, processing the underlying causes, and ending unhealthy habits. You can do this; I can help.
My goal is to get you healthy. You and I will work together to assist you in overcoming bothersome symtpoms with the goal of getting you on your way to living a fulfilling and successful life. We will regain your freedom and improve your overall mood by identifying bothersome triggers and eliminating them through implementation of different techniques.
I approach therapy as a relatively short-term relationship with tailored exercises and techniques to get you on your way to living the best version of your life. I mainly operate from a trauma-focused CBT framework but will implement what is most effective for you. I offer a free phone consultation to determine if your goals and my expertise are a match.
