About
Are you looking for someone to work together with you, one-on-one, to help reduce your symptoms of OCD or anxiety? If so, I want to help. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages who are struggling with symptoms of OCD and severe anxiety and I would like the opportunity to help you work toward healing and living a more abundant life. I understand how paralyzing feelings of anxiety can be and how quickly it can take over your life. It can be difficult to know what will help and what will cause anxiety to worsen. If you reach out, we can work together to find what works best for you.
I work with individuals of all ages who struggle with OCD and anxiety. If you are having unwanted intrusive thoughts or compulsions, I understand what you are going through, and I want you to know you are not alone. I am a member of the International OCD Foundation and provide Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for individuals struggling with OCD.
Intrusive thoughts are scary and I want you to know that it's okay and not your fault. Sometimes we all need a little help in life and I hope to provide a warm, comforting, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to share your most distressing thoughts and feelings. I hope to help you take the next step toward living a more abundant life.
