I enjoy helping those struggling with symptoms of OCD, anxiety, and related disorders live a more meaningful life. I utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) an evidence-based treatment for OCD to give you freedom from distressing intrusive thoughts and compulsions. If you find yourself engaging in repetitive rituals, ruminating on unwanted thoughts, or getting stuck fixating on sensations, I think I can help. I also enjoy providing neurodivergent-affirming care to neurodivergent people who have co-occurring OCD or anxiety.
I offer Telehealth sessions providing ERP to those struggling with OCD and related disorders living in the state of Texas. I enjoy combining elements of mindfulness into treatment as well to help re-train your brain to focus on the present moment. Neurodivergent-affirming care involves working with those on the spectrum to identify their own goals.
Experiencing unwanted intrusive thoughts is distressing and getting stuck feeling as if you have to perform rituals or compulsions can make you feel as if you're a slave to OCD. Reach out today to back control of your life and start living more abundantly!
