Young Adult DBT Skills Group
This group is a place where we focus on increasing skillful behavior and decreasing harmful behavior. Skills are learned and practiced in four different modules including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. If you or a loved one are struggling with navigating this phase of your life, your emotions, and/or struggling with destructive behaviors (eating disorder behaviors, self harm, substance use issues, intensity in relationships, etc) this group will provide invaluable tools. The entire series is 28 weeks in length.
