I work with middle schoolers through adulthood. Often times I work with grief/loss, addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment, family, and more. I am also licensed in substance use counseling and use EMDR, CBT, DBT and Solution Focused Therapy. There is no “One size fits all” model and tailor it to the needs of my clients.
