As a depth psychotherapist, one of the things I do is help my clients know their unknown issues. I do this by creating a safe therapeutic environment in which to explore and bring repair to the past injuries and traumas holding my clients back from experiencing life and relationships in a full and meaningful way. I like to look at my client's dreams, artwork, and daily life experiences, to bring light and insight to blockages and barriers to their full experience and enjoyment of life. Such blockages can be past trauma, incorrect embedded beliefs, and ingrained thought patterns and habits.

I use a combination of humanistic/person-centered practices, depth psychology, subjective and Gestalt dream work, family systems (Gottman), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy CBT, family constellations, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), and Imago Therapy, among other things.

I am experienced on both sides of the couch, and make constant adjustments with an eye to doing what is most appropriate for my clients.
