I enjoy working with young adults, adults, and older teens. I specialize in working with those who struggle with perfectionism/worth issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I use a variety of modalities to best fit your needs which include ACT, EMDR, and CBT and approach treatment through a trauma, strengths-based lens.
