Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I work with children ages 3 and up, adolescents, and adults, providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and valued. My approach is collaborative and relational, meaning I meet you where you are and partner with you in the healing process. Together, we will build on your strengths, explore the experiences and patterns that may be contributing to distress, and develop practical tools to help you move toward the life you want to live.

I provide individualized, trauma-informed therapy for children, teens, and adults. Drawing from attachment-focused and evidence-based approaches, I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions while fostering resilience, healing, and lasting growth.

I believe meaningful healing and growth begin with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and work through life's challenges.
