Together, we will determine how to best reach those goals using your personal strengths, comfortable level and at your own pace.
I work from a trauma-informed perspective incorporating it into many aspects of my care. I have extensive experience working with survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence and substance abuse recovery. Assisting those working through life transitions included unexpected changes. I am also EMDR trained which is effective in treating trauma.
Our practice specializes in grief and loss, trauma and life transitions of all types. Appointments are available for adults and teens 13 and older. Currently accepting new clients! Weekend and evening availability around your schedule.
