I facilitate healing work with individuals moving through concerns related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, grief & loss, stress management, ADHD, codependency, and self-esteem. In my work with clients, I utilize a person-centered approach through an existential lens. Working from this perspective, my goal is to create a nonjudgmental and empathetic healing space for clients to explore and make meaning of their unique experience. In counseling, we work holistically with the body, mind, and spirit in the healing process.
My approach to counseling is personalized to where clients are in their world. My intention is to normalize facets of the human experience and collaborate to create therapeutic space for clients to let go of ways of being that no longer serve them, in order to integrate and make space for those that do.
As a yoga instructor and reiki practitioner, I am highly trained in mindfulness-based techniques such as breathwork, meditation, grounding exercises, and yogic philosophy. Utilizing these non-traditional tools can help facilitate resolution of emotional pain, nervous system dysregulation, and reconstruct limiting beliefs. I look forward to working with you!
