Hi, I am Kendall Saunders, LPC, and the founder of Flourish Counseling Services. I help high-functioning adults who’ve always been “the strong one”—the responsible one, the caretaker, the one who holds it all together. You may look like you’re doing just fine on the outside… but inside, you feel disconnected, anxious, or tired of constantly performing. Maybe you’ve never really had a safe space to unpack what you’re holding. That is where our work begins.

Together, we’ll explore how your early relationships shaped your patterns and how those patterns are still impacting your present. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic techniques to help you reconnect with yourself, heal old wounds, and move toward a more grounded, authentic life.
