As a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University, I am committed to offering a space where clients feel deeply seen and supported. I believe healing happens through connection, compassion, and the freedom to explore your story without judgment.
I have a special interest in LGBTQIA+ affirming care, major life transitions, parenting and new parenthood, blended families, ADHD, anxiety, relationship challenges, adult child–parent estrangement, and self‑esteem. My work is influenced by Person‑Centered, Adlerian, and Cognitive Behavioral therapies.
I bring curiosity and respect to each session, helping clients understand the impact of their past, strengthen their sense of self, and build skills that support lasting growth. I look forward to walking along side you on your journey of exploration, healing, and empowerment.
