I work with kids, teens, and young adults looking to improve their quality of daily life. I have a specific passion for working with Neurodiversity and trauma backgrounds. My approach to treatment is informed by viewing each individual as one-of-a-kind, which requires developing unique and creative solutions. I do this by being highly collaborative and always curious about how to best support you. We each contain multitudes, and these elements of our identity and experiences are like pieces of a puzzle. When it seems like the pieces don't fit, sometimes an extra layer of support is all you need to gain the big-picture clarity.
The number one priority that I have when working with someone is to find ways to infuse the therapeutic process with creativity and curiosity. When working together, your passions and interests are in the driver's seat, and we use them to fuel our process. I am highly informed by relational and experiential principles.
I believe that each person is trying to do their best with what they know to make sense of the world around them. We are all doing life for the very first time, and so it's okay that we don't have it all figured out yet.
