My work specializes in helping navigate life transitions, build stronger relationships and rediscover intimacy. Life is full of transitions, and sometimes we need guidance to navigate through them. Whether you're experiencing a significant life change, struggling with relationship dynamics, or facing challenges around intimacy and sex, I am here to support you. I support individuals and couples to identify, process and heal issues with intimacy, low desire, communication, religious guilt and co-dependency. I also support women going through pregnancy and postpartum, and the changes that come with this new stage of life.
We often carry past narratives into our present that no longer serve us or keep us stuck. My desire is to help my clients feel empowered, understood, and supported in exploring these narratives and moving through them, while dismantling shame and creating loving, healthy relationships with themselves, their partner and with sex.
