I’m a warm, direct therapist who shows up for adults, teens, and kids 8+ when life is a lot. My clients seek support for bipolar disorder, big mood swings, grief and loss, trauma, OCD, or life after a loved one’s addiction, especially folks in Al-Anon. With my kids, I use fun in-session activities to build self-esteem, figure out friend issues, and build coping skills- while collaborating with parents. With my adults, I draw on CBT, DBT, and practical tools to calm emotions, set boundaries, and rebuild self-trust. I'm part of our LGBTQ team & offer safe space.
