My person-centered approach means therapy is tailored to you, and I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift patterns, build insight, and support meaningful change.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a high school counselor and coach, supporting teens and families through growth and stress. As a mom myself, I understand firsthand how deeply life can change during parenting—and how important it is to have a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
