My practice is rooted in a client-centered, strength-based, and holistic approach. I draw from Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, and trauma-informed care to support healing, build resilience, and help clients reconnect with themselves.

We can work together to tap into your innate strengths, develop healthier coping skills, and deepen your awareness of the powerful mind-body connection—all within a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space.
