Whether navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, OCD, sensory overload, or the emotional transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, you may feel you've lost parts of yourself. You deserve space to slow down, reconnect, and find a gentler way forward.
You don't have to keep pushing through. I support women, neurodivergent individuals, and mothers navigating anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, and burnout. Using somatic approaches, mindfulness, and IFS-informed, trauma-informed care, we explore patterns, reconnect with your body's signals, build coping skills, and cultivate self-compassion to help you move beyond.
You are allowed to be a whole person, not just the person who holds everything together. Let's work toward a life in which you feel more connected to yourself, more supported in your relationships, and better equipped to navigate the challenges and joys of being human.
