Many people come to therapy feeling like their pain, whether spiraling anxiety, depression, somatic, is something they simply have to live with. My clinical experience tells me meaningful change is possible. I work with motivated adults who want to move beyond trauma, deepen self-understanding, and feel more at home in their bodies and relationships. Our work may incorporate Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Brainspotting, and parts work to address trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, concussions, birth trauma, relational conflict, attachment wounds, anger, and life transitions.
I take a holistic approach to healing, integrating neuroscience, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and embodiment practices. I am trained in SE Touch for early developmental and unconscious trauma. I also value self-advocacy, racial and social justice, queer/trans identity development, sex positivity, body neutrality, all relationship structures.
Your body carries wisdom and an innate capacity to move toward balance when we learn how to listen.
