Hello, and thank you for being here! Taking the first step towards pursuing therapy can be a daunting and scary task, however, it is also a courageous decision that opens the door to personal growth and self-discovery. As a therapist, I am committed to creating a safe, judgment-free, space where my clients are able to express a true, authentic version of themselves. My approach to therapy involves an eclectic approach, tailoring sessions and interventions to the unique needs of my clients.
I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), crisis interventions, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing, fostering a strengths-based approach in working with my clients. I have clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, in both outpatient and inpatient mental health.
