I love working with working with children at least 3 years of age, adolescents, young adults, and parents. I have a particular passion helping individuals navigate through different struggles such as Autism, ADHD, Behavioral Concerns, self-view, Anxiety, and life transitions. I aim to create a safe environment, strong therapeutic relationship, and to provide beneficial and creative resources and techniques to help you reach your goals.
I do not believe in a ‘one-size fits all’ approach and utilize techniques from various therapeutic approaches including DBT, Experiential Therapy, Play Therapy, CBT, IFS, and SFT. When working with children and adolescents, I offer parent sessions and family sessions. I also offer ILF Neurofeedback Therapy in addition to psychotherapy or on its own.
I was drawn to the counseling field through my passion for relationships and understanding of human behavior and emotional processes. I have a desire to help others find personal insight, work towards healing, and improve their overall quality of life relationally, cognitively, and emotionally.
