We all have a story. But sometimes our stories begin to hold us back from the things we care about. We get stuck because our thoughts and feelings write a narrative that becomes limiting and rigid. As a licensed psychotherapist, I have the skills and training to help you gain a deeper understanding of your relationship with your inner experiences, and empower you to decide how the story continues. I have experience with a wide range of issues, including eating disorders, body image and self-esteem concerns, OCD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and life changes and transitions.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, which means that I draw from a variety of theoretical frameworks. I believe that no one size fits all, and that the best approach is to tailor treatment to the individual client. Some of the therapeutic modalities that I use include CBT, ACT, and DBT. I also encourage my clients get out and reconnect with nature.
I am passionate about helping people navigate their relationship with their thoughts and emotions. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and I am honored to be a part of that process. I want to help you get out and live the life you value.
