I believe therapy should be both grounding and growth-oriented, where clients are encouraged to reconnect with their inner wisdom while also learning practical tools that support healing and emotional resilience.
I try to help clients make sense of their experiences and find balance between caring for others and honoring their own needs. My goal is for every person I work with to feel less alone, more hopeful, and more confident in both asking for help and trusting themselves on the journey toward a fuller, more meaningful life.

Active Parenting of Children 5-12 Years Old
This group is designed for parent(s) with children ages 5-12 years old. Parenting is one of the hardest jobs there is and sometimes it can feel like a lot of trial and error, emphasis on the error. Children can be difficult and it may seem like whatever you try to parent them, discipline them, or even communicate with them just does not seem to work! This group is a 6-Session group utilizing the Active Parenting method which is Evidence-Based (so it has been very successful for hundreds of families) to provide tools & skills to parents.
