Hi, I'm Kendajah and I look forward to meeting you! I have a passion for people and I'm enthusiastic about helping you meet your goals. I have experience working with children and adolescents in individual and group settings. I teach coping skills for the management of anxiety, depression, adhd, and anger management. In addition, I provide communication interventions for couples and families to strengthen their relationships.
Through the use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I empower and encourage my clients to meet their desired goals, all the while, supporting them as they navigate their feelings, thoughts and identity.
My personal interests include spending time with my family and friends and for self-care, I love to snuggle on my couch and read a great book. I encourage my clients to prioritize themselves and create their own version of self-care and preservation. I look forward to being able to do the same for you.
