I work with individuals struggling with the effects of stress and anxiety, depression, substance use issues,powerlessness, self criticism, navigating life transitions and those experiencing grief and loss and many other issues. Therapy is a collaborative effort between the client and the clinician.

The modalities I use include BrainSpotting, EMDR,holistic and culturally responsive approach, client-centered approach, strength-based, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing and faith based therapy.
