Tired of hearing “so how does that make you feel?” So was I. As a former entrepreneur understanding real world needs, I decided to do therapy differently. Sure, we will investigate your emotions (from a Depth psychological/Jungian perspective), but we will also look at how human neurobiology (the stuff that runs our brains and bodies) work together to make us both brilliant and flawed at the same time. There are many reasons why we can feel depressed, anxious, frustrated, or overwhelmed. I work with my clients to help them understand why they are the way they are and help them to become more of the person they would like to be.
As a Certified ADHD specialist, I bring unique expertise to those who are Neurodivergent, helping them to navigate daily living and more complex issues. My Certification in Anger Management helps me guide clients towards less volatility and more productive communication. With trauma, I work to help clients to take the power out of these emotional wounds.
