I enjoy my work as a helping professional and it would be a pleasure to work with you. Together we will work towards towards building self-awareness, meaning and purpose, and to address your areas of concern such as depression, anxiety, trauma reactions, self-esteem, and challenging externals such as in your relationships, your work, and your academic pursuits, as well as health challenges.
I have been working in the behavioral health field since 1988 and as a therapist since 1996 with my graduation with a Masters Degree in community counseling. I bring a variety of life and professional experiences to my work with adults throughout the lifespan. I am in network with major insurances and also offer reasonable self-pay arrangements.
Please feel free to contact me or the office coordinator/ billing secretary to schedule or so I can answer any questions you may have. I typically meet with clients weekly or bi-weekly to start, depending on need and preference. I see folks throughout Ohio through teletherapy and can see vaccinated/ boosted folks in my spacious and well ventilated office.
